Follow instructions in the care
and use of ALL equipment.

Keep AA Medical Equipment Company
informed of any changes in Address, Doctor, Insurance Carrier
and or Prescriptions.

To have someone at home on the day
delivery is scheduled.

To order supplies or refills on a
timely basis to accommodate reasonable delivery.
-
To pay ALL invoices that are not
covered by insurance.
